Senior Executive Sous Chef Michelle Gomez and on the Advisory Committee for Palamanui Culinary program. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando, Florida.
Chef Michelle Gomez currently mentors young students and workers at the Sheraton. Encouraging them to increase their levels of education, learning and skills so that they can get to the next level in their jobs/leadership development.
She is passionate about the Art of Cuisine and sharing her wealth of culinary talent with others.
